WebHonestly, they did a great job for thr amount of money they had at the time. There wasn't too kick of a difference in tone from anime to manga. Only much later on, which the anime doesn't cover, does it take a more serious tone. If you liked the story/characters, I would suggest you have a look at the manga. WebJan 19, 2024 · Two more have unfinished anime arcs (even though the source material has concluded). The only two that are definitely done are Death Note and Fullmetal Alchemist. Everything else is ongoing in some form or another. Because of that, it’s hard to compare unfinished stories to finished stories.
