In the cleaning process, clothes are soaked in a liquid solvent mainly tetrachloroethylene. Dry cleaning is a good option for clothes made from fibers that don’t react well when exposed to water like silk and wool. WebbOnce your ski jacket and/or trousers are completely dry, put them in the tumble dryer for 10 minutes on a delicate programme. The heat of the tumble dryer will reactive the water-repellent treatment. Follow these instructions carefully as waterproof wear dried at too high a heat or for too long can lose all its technical features.
