This should trigger the cheat console box to pop up in the top left corner of your screen. When you’re ready to type, insert “testingcheats true” or “testingcheats on” in the command console box. Turn on the game to create a new, empty mods folder and check if a game is working now without mods and CC. Check if there are new updated versions of the mods you are using. I didn't have any trouble coming out of Buy Mode back into Live Mode. Second, I did a "Save As" and added a B to the name of the file.
