WebJan 25, 2005 · Hello; JP i think they call it shiplap sideing, i made some for a rec room out of ash 1/2 thick put a doido blade on the bench saw, cut 1/4 deep by 1/2 wide. Turn over and do the other side. The big guy's do it with one planer.
