Mine has an NVIDIA Quadro Fx 3700M video card. I use a contouring software that uses the video card for OpenGl rendering.
WebMy T420 had the egpu disabled (and I didn't knew about that), and the HD Graphics 3000 didn't had the driver for OpenGL 3.3 for windows, but Ubuntu was working fine. The only solution was to make a dual boot with Ubuntu and Windows, so then I can run Blender 2.8 in Ubuntu and other softwares in Windows.
