I was able to reduce the boot time for a Windows 10 laptop PC with a slow HDD from 3 minutes to 30 seconds using a 3rd party software utility called Primocache to enable write caching and extending the cache flush time to 60 seconds, but I'm wondering if it's possible to do that ...
