Webcopy the current installation in full to another server, users, files, metadata, everything. This will likely be to Ubuntu with Snap again, because why not keep that the same - it's worked well. Keep the current NextCloud as primary and sync the new one until such time as I'm ready to migrate to the new instance.

I have tried using HTTP 1.1 here was the upload speed about 10 MB/s. If I upload the same file using WinSCP the upload speed reaches 50 MB/s.
