WebI stopped using Armoury Crate because the fan service was overriding the BIOS settings. Unfortunately, you cannot set fan curve with the software. After using the uninstaller, the fan service remained. I had to uninstall it manually along with some other Asus services.
WebI uninstalled armoury crate. Your laptop wont stuck in turbo mode, it'll use windows default power plan. But windows can't overdrive gpu fan even on high perf power plan. Turbo mode on armoury crate will spin gpu fan at max rpm and drop the temp like 2-3C only tho.
